Chicken Spinach Wrap
Be proud of yourself for choosing this simple but healthy, high-protein wrap, bursting with inflammation-fighting ingredients including spinach!
Servings: 1 person
- 1 spinach wrap
- 1 tbsp nonfat Ranch dressing
- 1 baked chicken breast (see my other blog post for the perfect baked chicken!)
- 1/2 cup spinach / lettuce mixture
- 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
- Just combine the ingredients and wrap up and enjoy! You can switch up the dressing used.
