This full year program provides 15 different full-week workout splits, complete with HD video exercise tutorials, that take you through training phases to get the best results. You will review the foundations of weight lifting to perfect your form and avoid injury. You will focus on building and shaping your body without gaining body fat, and then will go through a lean out (or cutting) phase to develop muscular definition and reduce belly fat and cellulite.

Your annual plan takes into consideration that summertime and special holidays can make intense training or dieting difficult, so you are given maintenance plans that are realistic and effective. Optional strength phases are a fun way to challenge your fitness level and learn new training techniques.

Track your progress using the provided Strength Chart Booklet! Coach Julie will instruct you to record your ability/strength on specific exercises throughout the year. Getting stronger means your body is firmer & healthier!
