Experts define goal setting as :
‘The act of selecting a target or objective you wish to achieve.”
Sounds about right! This basic definition makes sense, but I think there is a much more useful way to think about setting goals.
There are many variations of what SMART stands for, but the essence is this – goals should be:
- Time Bound.
We all have the ability to adapt and to achieve our own personal expectations. Through goal setting – both individually and together as your fitness and nutrition coach, we can raise the bar in relation to your own wants to full potential and you will push yourself to achieve all the things!
Planning helps BIG TIME! Here is a link for a FREE downloadable worksheet.
