High Protein Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit

Equipment
- 1 glass jar you can also use a regular deep bowl and cover with saran wrap
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup super grain oats
- 1/2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/8 cup sugarfree greek yogurt optional, not included in overall calories description
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice my favs: raspberries and blueberries
Instructions
- Pour milk into jar.
- Add scoop of protein powder. Cover jar and shake to combine.
- Add all ingredients, cover jar and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy in the morning, no heating or cooking required. Perfect to throw into your lunch bag and eat at your desk.
