High Protein Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit

Equipment

  • 1 glass jar you can also use a regular deep bowl and cover with saran wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup super grain oats
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/8 cup sugarfree greek yogurt optional, not included in overall calories description
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice my favs: raspberries and blueberries

Instructions

  • Pour milk into jar.
  • Add scoop of protein powder. Cover jar and shake to combine.
  • Add all ingredients, cover jar and place in refrigerator overnight.
  • Enjoy in the morning, no heating or cooking required. Perfect to throw into your lunch bag and eat at your desk.
