Summarize your current fitness goal/s in 20 words: To be the Best I can be by staying active and eating healthy.

Please share your fitness journey. Be as detailed as you like. It’s your feature! My Journey started with an email to Julie and it took off from there. I have had some up and downs but Julie was always there to pick me back up and encourage me to stay focused on my fitness journey. I was never able to and the right diet or exercises to help get me to my weight and fitness goals, but Julie’s Awesome program changed my Life forever. I can Honestly say I have never been in this great of shape in all my life, and I owe it all to Julie and her Amazing program. :) And to think I never stepped one foot in a Gym, I did all my workouts from home. I went from 213 to 157 and I feel Amazing!! We have one life to live, make it count. :) Always Forward no matter what!

What is your longterm fitness goal/s? To remain healthy and to stay active.

How has your coach helped you be successful? I owe all my success to Julie and her Amazing program, I was never able to get my nutrition/exercises right until I started Julie’s program and the weight just started to disappear. Julie was always there to encourage me and to remind me that I wasn’t in this alone. Her constant positive feedback helped me tremendously to stay on track and reach my goals every assessment.

What obstacles did you face? What was the hardest part? Some of the obstacles I faced on a daily basis was junk food, and that was the hardest part was the temptation. But I changed how I looked at food and Julie’s program helped me still enjoy the food I craved only with a healthy twist. :)

You are an inspiration! What bit of advice would you like to share with others? Don’t ever give up! I threw away my rearview mirror, no more looking back. Remember, you are doing this for you! Always Forward no matter what!

Do you recommend JGFit to others? Why? Yes! I am living proof that Julie’s programs work! :)
