Apple Cookies
My toddler adores creating and eating this fun, healthy treat together - and mama is able to enjoy it without blowing my macros, so it's a win-win! And the protein content makes me happy, I'm obsessed with infusing it into every meal and snack.

Ingredients
- 2 large apple choose your fav
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or cut calories by replacing with PB2
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips or sprinkles (or both!)
Instructions
- Slice apples into thin rings, removing core.
- Spread peanut butter or PB2 on each slice.
- Top with remaining ingredients (let you kids do this part!)
