Never allow yourself to get hungry!

Eat often to ensure your metabolism is kicking by planning portion controlled meals every 2-4 hours.

Don’t do too much cardio!

If your cardio sessions are in excess of 45 minutes you risk becoming catabolic and losing muscle density. If you want deep cuts, you need thick, full muscle bellies.

Keep your fat burners on your bedside table.

Research shows that fasted morning cardio is very effective for attacking stored adipose tissue, but that fat isn’t going anywhere if you keep hitting snooze! Investing in a scientifically advanced fat loss aid that includes stimulants and popping one with your first alarm will increase your success in forming this new exercise habit.

Train your core every workout!

Using a weight belt when you perform compound lifts such as squats or bench press ensures your core is being challenged isometrically with every workout. You can release the notch between sets to work on reducing your stomach girth gradually and more comfortably.
