Ingredients
1bunchfresh kale (aprx 4 cups)washed and dried
1/4cup olive oil
1tbspgarlic powder
1dashsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Wash and dry fresh kale. If you bought large leaves, then chop out stem and cut/break into smaller pieces. (Tip: save time by purchasing prewashed and cut kale in bags.)
Massage extra virgin olive oil into every crease.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Lay out kale chips single layer on sheet.
Sprinkle garlic powder and salt lightly over the tray.
Place into oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until brown. Be careful not to burn them! (Tip: if you find the pieces are cooked unevenly, try rotating the pan halfway through cooking time.)
Cool a few moments and then enjoy! They can be stored for later use in a air-tight container.
